Welcome to Cleniza. This website (cleniza.com) is owned and operated by CLENIZA HomeCare. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to CLENIZA HomeCare. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our concentrated cleaning products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Accuracy and Safety of Products
Our dry-powder cleaning concentrates are formulated with care. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the mixing instructions provided on product labels, sachets, and the website carefully:
- Concentrates must be diluted with 500ml water before active use.
- Safety: Do not ingest powder. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. Keep dry sachets out of reach of pets and children.
- Surface Compatibility: Read instructions before use. For example, our Bathroom Cleaner is designed for tiles and ceramic and is not suitable for metal fixtures or chrome taps.
3. Pricing & Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product sachet, starter kit, or combo pack without liability.
4. Accuracy of Billing & Payments
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. Since we do not offer COD, all purchases must be paid in full through our secure gateway. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent payment is suspected.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction lying in the registered office courts of CLENIZA HomeCare.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
🚚 Fast, Secure, and Carbon-Efficient Shipping:
By shipping lightweight cleaning concentrates rather than heavy liquid jugs, CLENIZA reduces delivery carbon emissions by up to 95%. All orders are shipped via premium courier networks with real-time tracking links.
1. Shipping Fees & Order Minimums
To keep our packaging sustainable and maintain accessible, fair pricing for our household concentrates, we enforce the following shipping terms:
- Minimum Order Value: We require a minimum order value of ₹300 to complete checkout..
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping across India on all orders of ₹300 and above.
2. Payment Terms (Prepaid Only)
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
We accept secure payments via major Indian payment networks: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NetBanking, and secure mobile wallets through our payment gateway.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Order Dispatch: All orders are processed and handed over to courier partners within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
- Metropolitan Delivery: Deliveries to major Indian metro cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata) take 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier 2 & 3 Delivery: Deliveries to non-metro cities and rural pin codes take 5 to 7 business days.
Note: Deliveries may be subject to minor delays during national holidays, extreme weather conditions, or local lockdowns.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our logistics partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, or Shadowfax), a tracking link will be dispatched automatically via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. You can monitor the real-time status of your delivery using the link provided.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
ℹ️ Hygiene & Safety Notice:
Due to the personal hygiene, safety, and chemical formulation nature of household cleaning concentrates, CLENIZA enforces a strict No-Return, No-Refund Policy once product packaging has been opened or used.
1. Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns on any of our concentrated cleaning sachets or refill starter kits once they have been delivered. Since our products are concentrated active dry ingredients, opened packs cannot be resold or restocked due to quality safety protocols.
Cancellations: You may request a cancellation of your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or handed over to our shipping partners. Please email us at support@cleniza.com with your Order ID to request a cancellation. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package was damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect product, we will issue a free replacement or store refund.
To claim a replacement for damaged or incorrect items:
- You must notify us via email at support@cleniza.com within 12 hours of delivery.
- Your email must include clear photos and an unboxing video showing the transit damage or incorrect sachet received, along with your original Order ID.
- Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement package within 48 business hours at no extra charge.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
In rare instances where a replacement is unavailable, or a billing error occurred, refunds will be approved at the sole discretion of CLENIZA HomeCare.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, in compliance with bank processing standards.
